If you have a problem with it in the future you can burn sulfur in the vegetative state.
I agree with the above posts, air flow is key, but you have to have a balance. I found out the hard way. In a greenhouse I have, I had fans blowing directly on certain larger bushes. I should have turned them off at night b/c in the exact areas where the fans were blowing on them, were covered in PM. I used a mix of 1 teaspoon milk/ gallon on water to keep it in check in the veg state.

Do I need to destroy this plant? Or should I just cut all of the infected leaves off (most of them on plant are infected)

My advice to you is to act fast.

Read up, pick a treatment, and implement it ASAP. PM can be a long, seemingly never-ending battle. Get it when it first shows, and keep it from spreading.

Edit: oh whoops Analog already linked OD's great thread. In that case read up!

I had it pretty bad and there's some helpful gems here too:

Good luck

Thanks everyone
It could easily return if you don't improve the air circulation and lower the humidity below 60% RH - that should be SOP .

Ditto on all the above posts too!
Just an input.... Do you mist or spray your plant uppers with water? check and clean the bottles etc... to make sure no mold build up occurs. in the plastic spray bottles you can have mold that doesn't show until it's almost 36 hours old.
Also I find that when fighting mold/mildew that I will stop watering from the top,( bottom moisture only) place the plant in the breeziest airflow position and wait to see what happens. Some strains are more resistant to mold etc.. than others. I have a white widow that molded when cloning in a dome too moist and the above pulled her out GREAT....
Be aware that with some powdery mildew you can "spray it" around and if your plant is really bad quarrantine it from the others. Sometimes you'll lose them. Mold can be destroying roots below the soil also when the top of the plant looks marginal, and nothing seems to be happening.
If it is mold not mildew a fresh transplant can really help also as a last resort, some girls you'll do anything to save if you can.... . ( OK you can tell I'm a soil girl)

Good luck, these plants love TLC more than anything... Have faith & don't stop learning
