![]() ![]() | I have three clones of jack flash in a flood and drain hydro setup, working fine, watering 4 times per 18 hours and then the lights go off. They go off for six hours I then turn it back on and then they start shooting up looking great after like 6 hours of light. The problem is after about 12 to 18 hours of light the plants leaves start to drooop real bad and just dont look good. I tested the ph the ppm and the temp is fine during the day, but at night it might be cold becuase i live in a house with no heat but the light is still on it with the temperature not changing at night only in the bedroom not the closet, it does get cold. The water temp in the resvoir is about 65.. and thats about it, its in a 3 x 3 x 8 closet. I cant figure this out and its driving me crAZY!! does anyone know what the problem could be?? any suggestions would be great .. the stems are purple and the leaves are drooping on all three although they are still growing they look weird...

![]() | You can get a probe like instrument to put into your water keep your temps at 78 deg. Very Low watts req. check em out. thats what you need. If the room gets cold get a few five gallon buckets and paint them black lid and all. you should fill them 3/4 way full of h2o and the heat and light from the lamp should warm th buckets and realese heat threw the drilled out holes in the lid.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Heating the water sounds like a bad idea IMO. I run e&f and set my chillers to 66 degrees to keep up the DO in the water. Most people strive to keep their res cool for fear of root rot. I flood every 4 hours, but run my lights 24/0 in veg. I have no idea what the problem could be, but I moved your thread to the Nursery in hopes of getting more responses. Got pictures?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I wish my res stayed at that temp. The problem is elsewhere if that is the temperature. As BC suggested, post us some pics to help us help you please
