![]() ![]() ![]() | ok i just got my ph meter and i want to know how to get the ph where it needs to be . cant find the info i need what should i do. just start using water and nutes with the proper ph or should i flush with PHed water and then go form ther any help is greatly appreciated Soil Growers: 1. Are you growing from seed or clones?seed 2. How old are your plants? 1 month 3. How tall are your plants?10 inches 4. What size containers are they planted in?1 gallon 5. What is your soil mix?fox farm ocean forest 6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use? i use tap water about every 2 or 3 days 7. What is the pH of your water? 8 8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?ff big bloom and ff grow big 9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?no 10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")cfls 11. How close are your lights to the plants?5 inches 12. What size is your grow space in square feet? about 3 sq ft 13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?80 to83 degress 14. What is the pH of the soil?no clue 15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?1 or 2 mosquitoes 16. How much experience do you have growing?very little no prob with plant growth just want to control as much as i can in their lives ![]() ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Proper PH is around 6.5.FF-BB and GB are both acidic fert.s and should lower your PH.Depending on what kind of PH reader you got-some are completely worhtless and will basically show the same PH reading everytime, regardless.A good reader is around $80 and the cheap usless ones are around $25. P.S. your about ready for a transplant to a 3-5 gallon pot. | ||
