Sick plants, please help!

Hello everyone, been on here viewing quite a while but now I finally have cause to post. About a month ago one of my friends divulged his big secret to me; that he was growing. He told me because he was moving and needed to figure out what to do with the 15 plants he had in veg. Well i have another friend that grows so i was able to arrange for that friend to get the 15 plants and take over. At the time the plants were 2 months old from seed and still in veg. That was about a month ago and my friend has kept them in veg since he got them under 24 hrs light with tube flouros. There are other plants in the veg room apparently and they are just fine, my friend says they all get the same care and treatment, and he says he is definitely not overwatering. I used the questionaire to give you as much info as possibe and a couple pics, but i cannot go to the growhouse and am limited as of right now to this info. My friend suspects calcium deficiency but who knows? Please help!

You didnt feed them yet? They are hungry. Looks like P or K problems, but I was never great with that. Im leaning towards phosphorus. Give them a nice vegative nutrient at half strength.
