Looks like maybe over watering, and or fertilizing. I have a similar thing happening of a pair of clones. are you watering daily with a fertilier?? ...if so it may be a bit too much. I started 2 nice bushy little clones..and this morning I plucked the bottom leaves off both , because they looked about the same as yours. I had been keeping these really wet in hopes of rooting them...but I think maybe too wet...be sure your pot has good drainage.
However, I'm sure that the master gardeners will have a clear answer for you.

Good luck

maybe flush your plants?... if the problem is still there then look into a deficiency of some form....is it just happening on the bottom of the plant?... where on the leaf did you notice it first and what was the giveaway that something wasn't right?...colors not being as green as they should?... maybe the plant tips started crisping... you need to supply more info

How large of a container is she in (2 gal?), and how much soil is in the container? In the picture it looks like theres little soil in the container, not necessarily the problem but something i noticed

the tips of a leaf do look a little burnt in the top left corner of the first picture

you should fill this out!

Need more info like what are you feeding them, how often do you water, whats your PH, and how old are they?

Looks to me like a nutrient lockout probably due to PH problems, but maybe youre just overwatering.
