thanks and humidity has been jumping 30 to 40 and temps 77 to maybe 82

thinking maybe heat and humidity might have something to do with it idk whats up maybe my thermamitor is broke it

if the range is only from 6 to 8, if its 5.5 you can't tell, and if its 8.5 you cannot tell, etc...

you need to get a pH testing kit designed for plants, so that you can be assured to what your pH actually is

were do i find one cheap?


also my tester shows yellow as 6.0 and mines bright bright yellow should i try for 6.5 if i cant get a new tester

At the hydro store . GH makes a liquid kit that should be about 6 bucks. Has reagent and a test tube. Or you can drop a few bucks more and get the kit with ph up/down.

best growing investment ive made. Meters are a hassle.

i relized this morning that the heat does reach about 84 85 before the door is cracked because its a cvloset grow i have little room left for ventilation without letting light in on its down time could this be the reasoning for the crispy tips?



also relized some of these buds are getting a lil chunky

I also suggest the liquid pH drops. pH meters are way too expensive for the hassle, however ppm meters are worth it.

those temps probably aren't why the tips are crispy, 85 is hottish, but not hot, how close is the top to the HPS?

about 11 inchs from but i cant take it any higher but i put my hand over the tip and it didnt feel too hott.


whats a ppm meter?
