Mine look like that if water drops got on the leaf during lights on. Could that be it? I only see 1 or 2 leaves with spots, doesn't look like a nute deficiency to me. Esp. since it's a lower leaf- water splashed on it when you watered the dirt?

Looks to me light a hot nute solution was splashed on the leaves in a few spots. Nothing else that I have seen causes burns like that.

1/2 cup urine added per gallon
This is not necessary.

ph fluxuations can do that as well. soil may stay at 6.8 because of buffering, but if you water with say 8+ or something, it doesn't buffer it right away. especially if you wait until the medium is nice and dry, the plants will suck up some of the higher ph right away and can cause funky spots like that.

though I'm only trying to come up with other ideas. my first thought was also nute water on the leaf. they seem pretty small though, so the salution shouldn't be heavy enough to really cause those types of burns.
