Question Yellowish spots on leaves
permalink

I need help. My friend is growing 3 plants and has started slacking in giving them proper care. I am trying to bring them back, but I need a little help first. The plants are about 2 months old and recently (the last 2 days) a couple leaves on each plant have started showing yellowish, almost light greenish spots, and the tips of the leaves are yellowing out too. I am not sure what this means, but it looks like the leaves might be drying out as well. PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. A lot of effort and care has gone into these plants and I DON'T want to lose them.

Without any other information, I'd suggest you flush them very well (expecially if you don't know when/what neuts have been given & when. Then I'd start my own game plan with weak neuts.

Bio....

I'd say you have a bug problem of some type. Without knowing more & if your pressed for time, spray with a mild soapy water solution & see if that helps.

More info needed guys, sorry

Lil

Spider mites

Pick off a few of the semi-yellow leaves, look at the bottom of the leaf for small black/gray specs - if you see them - you have spider mites - very common problem - buy Safers End All and spray the bottom of each leaf. - Good luck.

Sorry for the delay, I have been out of town without computer access. The plants have been transferred to someone with growing experience and they are supposedly taking care of the problem. I guess we will see before too long. Thanks for everyone's concern and replies. All information and suggestions will be passed along to my friend and hopefully we will have a good harvest! Thanks again!
