I have read so much about yellowing leaves and the fact that yellow leaves mean overwatering, but what does it mean when your leaves curl up (into the center of the leaf from outside edges)
I just transplanted my 2 babies into 2 1/2gal pots. My plants are about 7-8" tall. The one plant the leaves are curling up. I only water once every 4-6 days and I give them plenty. The other plant is fine. SO....what is the deal?

Keep it lit.

Greenthumb: I had the same problem a while ago, it can be caused by two things. Either you don't have good drainage in your pots, or your plants aren't getting enough magnizium(sp?). I drilled some small holes on the bottom of my tank and the problem went away with the new leaves.

BTW: I'm buzzing while writing, so if it doesn't make sense, **** it.

Satan....I just recently transplanted (a week ago) the pots have 5 pencil size holes in the bottom. I give each plant about 1-2 cups of water every 4-6 days so I figure that is enough so I don't overwater. I think your right about the magnesium. Do you know where I can find more info on nutrients? Or what is a good source of mag?
Thanks for the help.

The Dr.

Keep it lit.

ButterflyDreams had a great link that described all the nutrients, and what some of the side effects could be if your plant didn't get a good amount of them. I however, lost the link with the moving from MJ.com to HC.com . =( . Just stop by your local garden shop and pickup some mag. for your plant, and all should be well. Good luck with the summer harvest.

Thanks Satan. I'll try to get a hold of Butterflydreams and see if I can't get that link. And get me a magazine or something.

Happy harvesting!

Keep it lit.

I agree HydroGrower, this topic really does need to be in The Nursery. It's kinda lagging posts down there, and ButterflyDreams is a host there too.
