I just got 3 plants started using very high quality seeds. They are just now being transplanted, I am using 2 liter bottles sorta making a green house effect for outdoor harvest. Is this a good idea, to start the plants, does it work? Also is it good to mist in this stage and how much water am I suppose to be giving these youngins??? All replies are appreciated. Thanks...

Not sure how big your plants are..?? And also not sure what you mean about the 2 bottles??? You mean putting a bottles over the plant? I had tried this before and it dosn't work very good. You have to make your plants strong. Have a fan on them from day 1. Your plants will grow strong and will get em ready for outdoor life.
Hope this helps

I really appreciate the info, but what is the fan for??? And do you use it even before they come up? I would think the fan would be to set & maintain the climate is this right?
well the first set of seeds were like bean sprouts, these are the ones I have in the 2 liter bottles. Now I had a few more seeds just sprout but it was a very small sprout but to save the trouble transplanting after rooted I just put it in a pot with 1½ regular soil and 1½ potting soil mostly Vermucilite, then I wet it to set the dirt, this one I put clear plastic over the top poked holes in it and put in the sun. Will this work to get them going?

A fan does a number of things. It cools, it carries away moisture, allowing better transpiration and it builds stem strength.

D9 hit it on the spot. You could have the fan on the plant as soon as it sprouts. I didn't do it to mine for the first month or so and I have a small weak stem because of it.
