| I have another post in the hydroponics section about this same problem. I have a sick sick mother plant. She is in an Emily's Garden system. 150w HPS about 10" overhead. There is 1" of mirical gro 15 30 15 solution. She was flowered at 4" and then revegged. She looked fine for a while as I took cuttings from her, but now she is all stemmy looking. The leaves (which are not very big) are constantly turning yellow and falling off. There are about 11 or 12 stems now and she is about 10" tall. There are only leaves at the ends. I really don't think that her roots have been damaged and I don't think that it is the solution because there are 4 other plants (one is her clone) with her and they couldn't look any better(well probably but I am no expert). I have not taken any cuttings in the past week and I have tried straight water. She just does not look good like the rest of them. Will time fix her or am I going to loose her because she flowered at such a young age. Please help because she is the mother of my children. ![]() | ||

![]() | If I were u I'd quit all ferts, and use plain water. (Don't over water) Don't trim any thing. Just let the plant alone to grow. Do nothing to it. Give it 1 month or so and see what happens. (Again, that's what I would do.) ![]() mr g | ||

| Yea that is good advice. I had a major breakthrough today. I guess that you could say that I have seen the growlight. The mother is all stemmy looking, right? Well yesterday I really looked at her abd I noticed all these "knots" going up the stems. Those knots are going to turn into leaves if I leave her alone. I also changed the solution. I was reading littlebuddie's grow diary and I realized that mirical grow has too much urea nitrogen. I also have been using too much superthrive. My new solution is the general hydro 777 that came with my emily's garden (duh ) I also added a pinch of epson salts for magnesium. I didn't add superthrive at all this time. I think that this is going to work, but I will not know untill a week or so.peace | ||

| She's dead. She was so young. She had so much ahead of her and so much love to give; yet she is gone. But her legacy lives on. I will never forget her though. How she proudly sat there in her pot. Waiting. Waiting for the day when she was ready to be harvested. Waiting for the day when she could be dried and cured in a mason jar. But folks, I am here to tell you that that day will never come. Now when I return to her planter I am left with only the memory. May she rest in peace. amen ![]() | ||
