My plant, holy freakin shiznit

It was hurt about 10 weeks ago
I broke the stem
It fixed itself
Now, it is 12 weeks old and its female with pistils and little green bulges. Anyway, I transplanted it last night to a bigger container with fresh soil and flower blooming fert.
I just checked it and the top leaves are curling up.

The soil is wet, it has good drainige

Help me save my plant, what is really wierd is that it is 20 inches tall with 5 branches and all the leaves are only in sets of three, not 5 or 7.

Its a mutant im sure but I can't let it die. It is growing in a pot in my back yard, help me

HELP!!!!!

You are in the Nursey

What does the "curling" look like? A ram's horn?

What kind of soil did you put it into?

And you put blooming fert in the soil? What was it.

Was there any root damage when you transplanted?

70 % of the leaves have fallen of
The upward curling is just like downward curling, except its goin up
The pistils on top are okay
6 month time release blooming fert in these little capsules
Extensive...sigh...lower root damage
already used some epsom salts but it didnt help, i used a quarter tsp. to a gallon of water. I put in a 8 0z two days ago and havent touched it since but to...sob...take away the fallen dried leaves

I dont know my arse from my elbow in the dealin of sick plants, its also a mutant plant because it is flowering even though all the leaves are in sets of three.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
