My seedlings just sprouted 4 days ago . The problem is Im not happy with the soil mix i started one of them out in (miracle Grow with 5 percent perlite, I want 40 percent perlite like its siblings).

Is there a way for me to harmlessly transfer such an infant plant?

Or do I have to wait until its fully rooted?

Will waiting stunt its growth in comparison to the others?

Or will premature transfer just kill it?
