![]() | Is there a more efficient way to flush soil? I have always filled the pot until clear water comes out of the holes, then let dry. I have done this, but my girls are still yellowing on the lower layers afer 3 days. They usually show some kind of improvement... My lights are 2" away at all times, and pH is 6.5 70 degrees, oscillating fan, and I tell them I love them on a daily basis. Is there a better way (without setting up hydro)

![]() | 10-15-10 liquid food, mixed in warm water. after flushing, and letting set for a couple of days they seemed to welcome the high P level. at first they drooped hard, but i stuck it out. I gave half a 12-5-5 mix and half a 10-15-10 food, and they like the P more than the N. I thought that was wierd, so i read rosenthals book. he sais babies and 12/12 cycles love phosphorous to facillitate photo/chlorosynthesis. yesterday i gave them all the 10-15-10, and tnoght they are all a bunch of savages. i love this ****!!!!!!

![]() | during the last one to two weeks of flowering, plants should be flushed with very low ferts or even better plain water. they yellowing you described int the lover fan leaves im guessing is desired. what is happening is the plants are using up the stored nutrients in the fan/food leaves. This is the natural way that the plant uses up all the built up fetz and chemicals which you wouldnt want to smoke. they are harsh and hard on the lungs, so if this is the case for your plants then you are ok! | ||
