On a couple fan leafs like this(picture on the left), currently day 31 in veg... My other plant this age is looking great and my sprouts are awsome... Miracle grow potting soil (unfortunatly) 18/6, 35-45percent rH with 75-84 temps.. 250watt HPS 18 inches above oldest adults... Any ideas? I think I may have over-waterd it... That or I need to give it some schultz 10-15-10... Browing on the leaf and curling I am reffering to... The top of the plant looks great! At least I think (first time grower) Last edited by thaistick; 04-20-2004 at 01:26 AM..

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | looks to me like you have yourself some nute burn there. is the miriclegrow soil a preferted one? and if so/not have you ferted lately? the brown definatly looks like a nute problem, but that could also be translated to a pH problem. seems you RH is a little to low. you wanna aim for 50-60%. i know i have to grow in low humidity conditions which presents its own problems. when you have low humidity you have to use your ferts very carfully and usually dialouted. plants over transpire when the RH is low causing a burn. i think that may be the case you were delt try and get a humidifier or hang some wet towels in there. maybe also try and flush all the salts outta your soil and see if she recovers. but mainly get your RH up and moniter you pH good luck skitz

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | My PH is between 6.5 and 7 right now, and I do have a humidifier, but with intake and exhaust to get some fresh air in the room it drops sometimes... I haev not given it any nutes at all.. Just the soil, it was .18n, .15p and a like .16k I am not sure. It is all I had around when the seed germinated... Do you think it will make it through the flowering process? I was going to switch it tomorrow... Maybe she it a hot-spot? Is that possible? I plan to go all organic for my next grow ... Maybe I should clone this plant if it gets worse? Last edited by thaistick; 04-20-2004 at 01:43 AM..

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | when did this all show. you pH seems fine... whats the water quality around where you are? have you tested it or had it tested? thats weird.. how old are the plants? and yeah you can easily make it through the flowering. mine are burnt to ****, stupid miscalibrated TDS meter, but yeah, mine are doing fine, just crispy. hummm give me the run down on when you noticed it and how old they are and how you first noticed it skitz

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hey man, I really apprecaite you help It is currently day 31, noticed it yesterday. The thing is, I didnt notice it untill I started having more regular exchange of air in and out of my closet (keeping RH at 28-30 sometimes) which I didnt expect, but I wasnt home. I try to keep constant air in there as I don't want the walls to mold, but maybe I just need to let the humidity be. My water in the area isnt all that great, so I think I am going to start using distilled water or water that I run through a purifier. Other than that I don't know what the problem could be. It is only showing (with the brown on the side of the leafs) on two that are across from eachother, other than the that plant looks great, in my opinion at least, and smells pretty good too It is my first grow so I am hoping it is a female. Any signs of showing from that picture?I think it is time to kick the humidity up and see what happens...

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | pics is to far to determine sex... humm so this all started when the RH dropped eh? yeah i would have to think its from that then. see i didn't know about the whole RH thing and how important it was, but now i know. just try everything you can to get your RH up. you might also wanna give it another week of veggin, see if she recovers, then maybe put her to flower. just moniter everything very closly, and get your RH up. skitz

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | THaistick, Here is my . They look great and you don't have a big problem here. Flush them well. After a few days water them with your miracle grow ferts but dilute them down by half. Next time you fert bring the ratio up a little. That does look like nute burn but nothing to bee to concerned about. Change your to spring water not distilled water.Keep it up and thanks for providing so much good information to help other with your girls diagnosis. GOod luck, can't wait to see those ladies in flower.
