My clones are like a month old and their roots were starting to stick out.
So i planted them in some regular soil with perlite, and to only 3 of them,
i added some fertilizer that had the #'s 6-4-8 on the bag. Those 3 after a couple hours had their leaves pointing down, and they looked really sad and weak. So my questions are...

* What happened to them and what can i do to make them better?
* What fertilizer or what do i have to give them exactly at this point?
* How long do the lights have to be on now that they're a month old?

This is my first time growing and i will appreciate all the help i get!!
Theres two more things i want to know..Thanx..

* Why are the tips of some of my plant leaves brown and like dead.
Is there anything i can do to fix that?
* Also theres one plant that the leaves are completely yellow,
what is that and how can i fix it?

If you use the search with the word "flush", you can read how to do this (basically flood them with water on a 3:1 ratio (water to size of pot; i.e. 3gal H2O to 1 gal of container). Give them 24-48 hours to recover.

Depending on the size of your plants, if they're still in vegetative growth (not flowering) the lights should be on all the time or 18/6. Good luck!

I'm using a 1000watt mh for my clones, now they're 1 month old
and I bought a 1000watt hps, should I use that or stay with the mh.
When is it time to switch to hps?

Use both if you can deal with heat issues. I use 2 hps and 1 mh, all 3 1k...
