plants not looking healthy

i have recently just moved my plants to the flower room and the other day i noticed something on two of my plants. I have read every where but none of the problems seem to fit what i have with my plants. The tips of all my leaves are curling like a twisler. they are getting a wax look to them with the outside edges of the leaves browning and dryed out while the inner part of the edge is a light green then in the center it is dark green. My leaves not only are curling down but also they are curling up to. the weirdest part is the tips of the leaves are really curling. If anyone can help me explain what this is i would apreciate it. I had thought it was a magnisium problem but i dont know anymore. also my other plant has what looks like to me rust on the leaves. A nice amber color that measures about .5 to 1.5" in diameter i dont know what this is either any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
masterman

what lighting and ventilation does your flower room have?

also, what medium are the plants in, how often are they watered/fed?

That's too much water. Let them dry out until the pots feel light in weight.
