![]() ![]() | Hi everyone, Its been a while since I last posted - probably due to the fact that I have been enjoying the fruits of my last harvest for a few weeks, and am now about to start a new crop. I have a mother plant that seems to have a problem. Some of the older leaves have dark spots on the leaves (see attached pic), and I have noticed a few flies buzzing around the plant. At first I thought the flies had come from the new soil I had recently planted the mother plant into, but now im not so sure... I have 4 clones that are still in the propogator, and I want to be sure I dont have a pest problem before I open the clones up to the same environment as the mother plant. Does anybody recognise the symptoms depicted below? Thanks Jimmy PS - reagrding the red stem.... this leaf was taken from a lower section of the plant which grew before the plant was repotted. Before repotting the plant did not look very healthy, but all new growth since repotting has had lush green stalks... (most of which have now been chopped off as clones!) PPS - The white mark seen on the leaf in the pic is due to a mark on the scanner, and cannot be seen on the actual leaf! | ||

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Could be nute burn. Chances are you don't keep your light too close. Do You? No matter what it is most of the remedys include a good flush so I would start there. Since I grow hydro, maybe some soil growers will have better answers. Where did you get the new soil ? If that is the only change you made I would also look there. ![]()
