Droopy plants

When I went to check on the plants this morning, I noticed that several had developed droopy leaves overnight. The only thing I did yesterday was to put them on a bloom fertilizer regimen from Canna. They are 10 days into flowering. Any ideas on what is wrong and what to do about it?

Watering regimen

I watered them last night. Three gallons split eveninly over 14 plants. It was cold last night, but the lights were on until 6:00 am.

nederhashned is beginning to sprout.

The droopy plants could easily be due to a lack of nutrient & mineralized water. Id check on the Ph and The texture of whats in the water, or in the 3 gallons.
