The best thing you can do at this point is just allow the plant to dry out. If your soil has good drainage this shouldn't be a problem. But make sure to note how much water you gave them, and cut it back a tad for your next watering

Do a search for H202 (hyrogen peroxide). It's something you can add to your soil in cases of over watering.

If you've been overwatering for awhile and the wilting is pretty severe, I would recommend flushing your plant.

I know it sounds counter intuitive, but you will effectively replenish the o2 supply at root level if you give a good flush. When I say flush I mean to use a ton of water(3-5x container volume), let alot of water run out of the bottom of the pots.

After flushing, do not water until the soil is dry.

Many growers will flush with h202 but I dont like to do this because it's kills the soil biota necessary for organic growers.

Welcome to Hc.com

Flushing is running 3-5 times your container volume of water thru your soil. (so if you grow in a 5 gallon container, run 15-25 gallons of water thru it and let the water run out the bottom...do not let the water get reabsorbed thru the bottom of the container)

You just use plain water. The idea is to replace overnuted, poorly pHed or deoxygenated water with fresh water. Be sure to make sure your water pH is OK before flushing.

Remember that you must allow the soil to fully dry before rewatering
