Hi guys im just wondering about my plants a few leaves seem to be eaten or deformed in some way they are currently in there first week in my nft tank they are being fed only 0.5 ml of vitalink a & b grow and 0.5ml of vita silicon per litre of ph adjusted water temps right now are around 80 to 84 with a humidity of about 40% one leaf has a few brown speckles on it is it normal for a few leaves to be like this ? its my first grow and its only effecting a few leaves out of my four plants so im not sure if i should be worried or not see pics below..

im no pro but it doesnt look like a sigle element deficiency to me...im gonna say your PH is way too high.

the ph is most likely your issue since you say you have no way to measure it...tap water is usually around nuetral (7.0) or higher and your ph should be around 5.6-5.9 with 5 and 6 being acceptable extremes.

ph is especially important in hydro setups as there is no soil to properly buffer a ph thats either too high or too low. it doesnt look like nutrient burn to me, but at this stage without a ppm meter it is a possibility...

just my .02

good luck
