My girl is stuck with lack of nitrogen, the leaves are turning yellow. She is into her 3rd week of flowering, so does it matter?. I was told I could just ignore it, cut the yellow ones and continue on.

![]() ![]() | yep, don't force 'em, the plant is still sucking up nutrients. If seriously worried about the dieing leaves hanging around, just give them a light shake (or lite flick of the finger) when they look fairly used up. If they don't just pop off, the plant still wants them. I grow in soil though, so as little dead material I can leave on my plants and ground the better. You can easily wait till they hit the floor on their own, thats just my little method.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Bluefloyd-- As soon as I start flowering I start decreasing the amount of Nitrogen. I'll usually get leafs starting to turn yellow a couple weeks later though, but you should be fine. I usually let them yellow till the stem of the leaf starts to wither and then remove them. If it's the top fan leafs that are starting to yellow though already, I'd hit them with a little more Nitrogen. It's common to lose the bottom ones for me. Alley
