I have a plant in flower and I notice that on some (2-3) leafs, there's this brown drop. It looks like a drop of maple syrup and has the same consistancy (maybe resin?). The only pest I have are occasional leaf jumpers (not a lot of them and no real sign of eaten leaf). Any idea what this is?

![]() | Not really a resin, in terms of good resin, but a secretion from the larger tissue parts of the plant. If you looked under a microscope, it would be a buildup of proteins and sugars, and hopefully not of a fungal infection. Nothing to worry about, but definitely something to keep your eyes upon.
