![]() | Inthewind, the plant you have pictured is a male gone hermie, right? If so, does anyone have pics of a female in full bud going hermie? My last plant had bright green growth coming out of some of the tops of her dark green/purple buds, but I only noticed after harvest, and want to confirm if she went hermie on me. K. T.

![]() ![]() ![]() | K.T. Well, the first sign of sex was female. It only had like 2 pistils on it for the longest while it was in 12/12 then it went full blown male. Now it's putting out an assload of pistils and a bunch of trichome development. So...who knows. Later ITW

![]() | i've got a plant that was in deep bud, female, grew a single male flower on the very top of two buds, removed it, hasnt grown back, i think its a stress thing, as opposed to genetic hermaphrodite

genetics, like you know normally, our goal is No seeds in the chronic, so no female fertilization from the males. therfor almost like starving the plants want to reproduce. just an opinion..

Welp... I started with 8 made it to two females... Now I believe I have 1 hermie one female. The female is f*cked up. Pardon my french, and the hermie more female dominant is pretty healthy.. It is such a bummer. For my first hydro grow, I think everything has gone wrong.... I was just hoping I would be able to finish off the grow, but now with the prospects of males balls pollinating the rest of the beautiful looking bud I may just scrap and go back to SOIL... DAMN!!! So much invested... NO RETURN. ARG! WHYY?!?! Oh wait I know... THe light was off for 10days.. damn timer stopped timing...!!! anyways I am bummed. cheers

![]() | hi, im an outdoor grower from oz and right now am starting to see the flowering stage. i seem to have 2 hermi's out of 12 - the other 10 seem to be only female at this stage. was wondering if these 2 can pollinate my other females and whether i should rip them or try and transplant??? also its been really dry here and getting any decent growth has been really hard - maybe they went hermi from stress??? any info would be appreciated, Alby ![]()

![]() | I'm still not very clear about the whole "hermie" issue.. We're supposed to disregard/toss out the male plants when it is identified as males right? so how did hermies form? freak of nature? and if it is spotted on the plants, what should you do? remove the male flower? burn the plant down in flames?
