Noob Help PLZ :How To Grow,Harvest And Dry

Need Help For My First Grow!!!
Explain, Show Pics PLZ!!!!!, Give Me Links to Other Posts!!!! I have an Idea of how to grow, But Need Alot of Help in Harvesting/Drying!!!!!

I'm thinking Dwc expanded clay pebbles I might use a 15 watt cfl.
