I have started some plants in my closet. I have some cheap ass light I got at my local hardware store its a 145 watt grow light.
I have two plants. I am planning to keep them inside till they are about 10" Is this enough light? Is that long enough for them to grow strong enough to withstand the early planting. I live in N.C mountains. They are about three weeks old and 4" tall how much longer till i need to put them outside?

Sounds like enough light to me, just try to keep it as close to the top as possible without burning the plants. Shouldnt be long before there 10"....

Take a look at the date on the posts. I bet this grow is over with by now, or else he has to hire a tree trimming crew to harvest.
