I read most of the posts here and FAQ on cloning but I could not find all of the information I needed. I know to cut the stem that grows from the corner of the main stem and main branch when its at least 3 inches long on a angle and put it immediately under water. I could not understand everything I read and these are my questions. How much light I should give it until it grows roots Should I only water and Not feed it until the roots come out? Should it only be placed in a cup with water and not dirt? Is there anything else needed to start a clone? All help is appreciated. Thanks in advance | ||

the answers to all your questions are in the propagation forum. there are a number of different methods that can all produce good results, and there are a bunch of step by step guides. Just pick one that sounds do-able and you'll be off. And there's also a few tutorials on DIY cloners that you can build here: http://www.gardenscure.com/420/const...y-threads.html hope this helps. -The B Last edited by thebman; 11-01-2008 at 12:58 AM..
