![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Ocean forest is better for maturing plants, light warrior is good for seeds and cuttings. Plus Light Warrior is sorta expensive. When i used Fox Farm nutes, I never used Tiger Bloom and I did just fine.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I really liked their nutes. I only used the grow and bloom, never used and additives, so i don't know about them. It seemed like you had to use a ton of the bloom formula and it got expensive(this was about 8-10 years ago, so they may have reformulated by now).

I'm a newbie and here's today's pic of my babies that I grew with FF nutes. The family portrait, if you will. I started from seed in Ocean Forest, then start nutes after the seedling has 4 or 5 sets of leaves. 33% and ramp up. Follow the schedule. Be sure and keep the pH in control (I always set to 6.3-6.5).Good luck.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I have only used Fox Farms products in my grows since I started growing. Here's what I have learned: 1) Mix Ocean Forest and Light Warrior - your plants will f'ing love it. 60-70% FFOF with 30-40% Light Warrior 2) Always ph your nute solutions. Let me say that again: ALWAYS PH YOUR NUTES SOLUTIONS to 6.5 3)Tiger Bloom is extremely acidic so unless you want to pour battery acid on your girls, ALWAYS PH YOUR NUTE SOLUTIONS. Use Tiger Bloom very sparingly - maybe once in flower and that's it, unless you plants show signs of various mineral deficiencies 4) I have grown a plant in FFOF mixed with Light Warrior and only fed her once in veg. She never showed any deficiencies and I harvest about 3 ounces from that plant. 5) ALWAYS ph your nute solutions 6) Less is more until you really knwo the strain you are growing. Learn what she likes and doesn't. If you overfeed, the ph in the soil will drop into the mid 5's. Flush the hell out of the plants, let the pots dry and then give them some cal mag 7) Get some Botanicare Cal MAg - it's relatively inexpensive and you will need it. 8) The Fox Farms additives: Open Sesame, Beastie Blooms, and Cha Ching are good use them and finally 9)Always ph your nute solutions
