Smile Tutorial:How to cook fresh cut clones.
permalink

First build a cab with poor ventilation.
Next add a 600 watt hps.
Then add an indoor AC to compensate for lack of planning with the first 2 steps.
Cut clones and dip them in what seems to be really really expensive hair gel (rooting gel).

Put in a solo cup with MG soil cover in a plastic bin and set for the night.................................................
.............................................................

Ohhhh Yeah; don't forget to make sure the AC turns off at night while you sleep to bring those beautiful lil' clones to a simmer.

I will be trying again next week. Wish me luck...

were they rooted clones? if not, then you certainly don't want a 600w on them. i keep mine under floros until they are rooted.
ouch....better luck next time.

Yeah, un-rooted clones need like only 13 watts.

And a humidity dome.

Baked is good, but I prefer mine broiled. Got a new T-5, set it up, and went out of town.

I See Dead Clones

Wow. Dead as fried chicken. But you learned a valuable lesson, right? Burn them AFTER harvest, not before rooting

Get a dome, one that is like 10" tall, not that flat thing you are using. Second, get a 4ft 2-bulb shoplight fixture with "daylight" bulbs - $20 @ HD. Make your cuttings, trim them to your liking and dip them in rooting hormone. Next put them in very moist plugs. Now here is the trick: spray the inside of the dome with water until it is heavily misted. Now put the dome on the tray, slide it under the lights (24 hrs/day) and leave it there for 5 days. DO NOT OPEN FOR 5 DAYS. When you open the dome IN 5 DAYS, there will be healthy roots poking out every which way. Wait another 4-5 days until you transplant.

This method has never failed me. Once you've done it and you see how good this method is, you must send me a big fat nug from your harvest. Now go young Padawan.
