ive always kept mothers under CFLs 24/0 but this time with my Ice plant it looks like the mother may be autoflowering, as it has more pistils then any other mothers ever have and there appears to be a slight amount of trichomes forming on the leafs. Am I screwed and have to start a new strain over from seed? If I grew more ice seeds out would they all autoflower too? I wish I could post pics but a little paranoid about doing so.

![]() | i've had similar issues with an early bubba kush strain. no matter what i do it starts flowering in veg. i have just been growing the mother to where i want her, clone, flower the mother then start a new mother with one of the clones. so basically you have new mother every couple of months instead of one perpetual mother. make sure your nutes are right for veg (heavy in N, don't want to trick your plant with excess of p). in my experience, all seeds from that strain autoflowered.
