![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 1 , 1l bottle is enough for the plants in my 180l fishtank, they grow like crazy. too much really. thats a almost totally enclosed environment though. brewers yeast, gives off a far greater amount of co2, but is unable to continue after 5 days, you can save the sludge at the bottom though, it is the yeast and not dead. bakers yeast, last for 30 days approximately. but gives off lesser amounts of co2. same for the sludge. whether its worth your while , i dont know, i have a few bottles in my growroom, but i can tell if there is a difference, but im also running new strains and not a totally enclosed room., so.. id say if you are interested, try it, it certainly works, you get co2 from this and thats the game.its certainly cheap, but if its on any large scale id rather recommed canisters, aside from the initial expenses, its cheaper than all that sugar and far less work. | ||

![]() ![]() ![]() | if your'e gonna do all that you may as well be making booze too. instead of water use a juice of your choosing... its more complicated than that if you want good stuff but you can find that out on yer own. my winemakers manual says that in a yeast solution every bubble you see there is an equal amount of alchohol (by weight). so if you het a hydrometer and closely monitor the gravity of your "booze" you should have a rough idea of how much CO2 you are generating. BTW anything burning generates CO2. ![]() | ||
