He doesn't mean he harvests plants in a month.
What he means is that he has multiple systems in his flower room and every month one is ready to harvest.
I have the same thing. I have a veg room and a flower room. If I put my plants in the flower room at 30 day intervals then I'll be harvesting every 30 days.

Oh... and you'll have to veg a plant for a long damn time and make it really big to get it to yeild a pound.. If I were you I'd forget about that right now and just concentrate on picking a growing method and learning how to grow.
