i have seen pics of people's plants with fans blowing on them... what does this do? i assume it has something to do with stressing the plant stems or something like that...if i am right, when should i put fans on my plants or should i even put fans on them at all? thanks

![]() | The fans strenghten's the stems and which helps surport the weight of all the heavy buds and it moves the air around to keep the temp more uniform ,if you have in and out air ducts they would create a small breeze. If you have seedlings use a small gentle fan.

![]() ![]() | basically what it does is simulate the wind in indoor conditions. When grown outdoors, the wind naturally strengthens the stems. Indoors, we have to do this with fans. Just make sure to start the fan off on the lowest setting, so you don't topple your plants. stecki

With a fan going, the plants never deplete the supply, so they can maximize their growth... It's just like drying your clothes- hanging on a line, they will dry much quicker if there's a breeze...
