Okay.... I am using what looks to be about a one 6 gallon flower pot, and I would like to plant two seeds in that one pot. I'd like to do this in case one turns out to be a male and the other a female. My first question is, Is this 6 gallon pot big enough for 2 plants. And my second question is, If one is a female and the other turns out to be a male, and both are growing in the same pot, should I just uproot the male out of the pot immediately. Thanks

![]() | My advice; get another pot. They don't cost THAT much, and just in case your seeds are both girlies, you DON't want to grow 2 plants in 1 pot. Each individual plant requires their own special needs.

![]() | 1)Yes ,,if you don't let them get to big,and trim accordingly. 2)No,,dont uproot it if one turns out a boy,,clip it off just below the soil line,,and yes immediatly upon showing his genitalia. peace..........

![]() ![]() | dude, jus get yerself another pot, lol they cost like 3 dollars. the male and female dont need to be like one inch from eachother for the male to polinate the female. they could be FEET apart and still prolly get more seeds than you wanted you dont want to mess with the future problems of rootboundness, nor trying to support the plants diff needs. whether they be the same strain or not, they are gonna want diff things.... go get another pot....

![]() ![]() | Youll be fine with the current setup, even if both are female. I would suggest starting them as far apart as possible from each other, I doubt there would be any rootbound problems then, since taproots stike downward first and then spread outward and six gallons is plenty of soil volume for two plants. Yes kill all makes as soon as theyre identified, unless both are male. Then what the hell, grow em out. I would say grow four seeds to be sure of at least one female MMV, too much N in flower can keep the roots growing and give you the root problems you described. Or so I heard later Smokin
