![]() | One of the earlier users asked a question about how to get rid of spider mites from mature plants. My question is is there any way; such as something to put in the soil, to keep them from ever showing up. thanks dahc

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Welcome to HempCultivation.Com, dahc. ![]() The easiest way to prevent the infestation of your garden is by making sure they have no way in. Make sure you don't go directly to the ladies after being outside or messing with otherplants. Having a "labcoat" (I use an old silk robe) to cover up with when in the garden will help. Lots of air movement will help if they do get in to keep them from establishing. Observation of the ladies is probably the best defence. Check the leaves, under and over and in between. If you do get a visitor if you can stop them early they won't pose a problem. I don't know of any preventative measures other than possibly Diatomaceous earth. Live, Learn, Grow. BD ![]()
