tough one....fly spray would probally hurt your plants.....
How big is the bees nest? if it is small then youc could wear long sleaves, gloves, hatetc and suck it up with a shop vacuum at night when the bees are zzzzz...just make sure your lights are off....

if it big i would take the plants out and use hornet/bee spray...it comes in the same type can as fly spray but shoots a concetrated stream of bug killer right at the nest.... leave plants out of closet for 24 hrs and bees should be dead....

also look outside you house to see how bees got in there is probally a small hole someplace and plug or caulk it...and spray there.......

If it is a wasp nest (one opening at the bottom) get a can of raid, a kleenex, and do it at night. Twist the kleenex into a little plug, spray the raid into the hole, and then plug the hole with the kleenex. Now leave the nest for at least 1/2 hr and then take it down. I've done this hundreds of times. My parents used to be comercial beekeepers when I grew up. If it's yellowjackets, duct tape the hose to your vac under the hole they go in. Turn on the vac, hit the wall a few times, and walk away for a few hours. When you get back, shut off the vac, spray raid into the hole, and then plug it with tin foil. This worked at my cottage with them in my wall. Sure pissed off my neighbors though. I had the shop vac running for 3 hrs.
Good luck.

I take it you're venting from outside? What I can't understand is how it came to get so outta hand? I mean...after one or two bees I woulda started looking into a remedy. But to let it go long enough to actually get an infestation is a tad curious?

MY suggestion would be to get some window screening and tape it over your intake duct!

Cheers for the info dudes. Its my first grow so im just learning and havnt bothered to get a proper setup happening atm. Im growing in my closet which has a small opening at the top which joins to my brothers closet. I have no ventilation system as i have a large closet(6 feet, by 4 feet) and just have a fan blowing ..thought this would act alright as my closet has room at the top for air to escape . As for the bees, i checked my plants when i went to sleep, everything was fine. woke up 12 hours later and theres a ****ing infestation, 20 in my closet, and 40 in my brothers room . I think ive located the nest, which is outside in a hole which goes into the outside wall. So i figure there must be a gap in the bricks somehwere near mine or my brothers room where the littles sods are getting through. I have no access to the beehive directly so im not sure what the **** im gonna do about killing the bastards. May get an expert pest dude in to get rid of the nest ...but am extremely wary and paranoid due to the herbs in my closet. I think im just gonna have to use the flyspray in my closet and hope for the best, then just do a mist spray on the plants to get rid of the residue. ...Wish me luck

cheers for the info guys ...muchly appreciated

Sam

Fill the hole with bug spray and then plug it. Be careful with any bees still buzzing aroung in the room as they will be extremely p****d after that. Try to kill them at night when they should all be in the nest. Also, find the outside entrance and do the same.

Do not let an unknown person anywhere near you grow op! This is a very good way to get busted. And there is no way that he won't smell the bud in an unventilated closet.

...and start spraying chemicals in there, I'd hang a sticky fly-strip in there for a day to see if you can capture as many as possible first! I HATE bee stings!
