![]() | Do you mean a one time thing or do you mean every 12 hour cycle? I think a good temp is 75 to 85 (that's what mine is at. Your plant could handle 90, 95 even 100+ but I don't think it would enjoy it every day. Was that fast enough? ![]() mr g

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Another factor of that is how fast does it get hot? Does the temp gradualy rise or does it just shoot right up? If it rises slowly; at what increments per time period does it rise? LB

| sorry about the lack of info, The temp would rise slowly and may peak over 100 in the center of 12 hours, however then fall. lights 24 on, so there would be 12 hours of normal temp and 7-10 of hot, i guess i'm wondering what would the max temp be before it kills the plant, i've accepted that the growth will be affected but i'm concerned about the heat killing the plant. ![]() | Do you have any fans at work at the moment? Try attaching a small computer fan to the light that blows on the bulb. This will keep the bulb cooler thus reducing heat. How is your air circulation? mr g ![]() | ||

![]() | So I take it that's the temp it is outside your house during the hottest time of the day? Do you not have a/c? If not, I don't think there is a whole lot you can do about it. I'm sure your plant can handle it, it would just grow a bit better if the temp was down a bit. good luck mr g ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hmmm ... Well, I don't think they will die (you'll have to watch them) but that is definitely NOT good for them ( I think you already know this). Is there anyway to get cooler air to them? From maybe under the house somehow? They will stretch and grow lanky with such high temps and buds will be fluffy instead of tight. Why not simply run your lights on 18/6 or 20/4 or some such dark period when the hottest part of the day hits? I'd say that woudl be the best way to deal with the heat. I mean you really don't "need" the lights on 24/0 thatis personal preferance IMHO ... but that would be the best way to deal with the heat until the winter time when it is cooler all day. Good Growing LB
