In the second link in my sig, on my first post you can just see the CO2 generator I built.

Was just a simple gallon jug used to provide the space for yeast to grow and produce CO2.

But I am not sure if it helped or not...some swear by it, some don't.

I am pretty sure you need a fairly tight seal on you grow area for the CO2 to really matter much at all.

well I dont like em I think I already voiced my opinion on this topic somewhere else

Too much heat. I think tanks&regulators are better. But hey. If you got cold growroom temps or an ac to cope with the heat go for it. Filling up a propane tank is cheaper than filling up a co2 tank. Plus you can get it anywhere, and its not as "wierd" as filling up a co2 canister.

THen again the reality of having a propane tank inside your house isnt very fun... It really should be located outdoors. & piped into the room

a DIY co2 burner seems very dangerous to me. I'm scared of my greenair cd-6.
