![]() | Wow, that's a sexy lady you've got yourself there. I've got one growing outside that looks pretty close to yours, though it's not as mature. K T

![]() | FBS: That pic was a memorial to the Fuschia Buds from my first harvest, all bagseed. That was taken on October 1. And yes, I have been dipping into that special jar (she didn't yield much) every so often -- here's my Taste Test 'results'. ![]() Purple Brulee from 2002. KT: What strain is it you are growing? I would love to get any info pertaining to strains with magenta/fuschia pistils. Thanks in advance! ![]() selene | ||

![]() | Selene35: I got my seeds from a buddy's buddy who grows in BC, and have encountered 3 different strains so far with colored pistils. One is sativa dominant, with sparse branching, but a gigantic main cola(2 1/2 feet). Sadly, some animals ate that whole cola, and now I'm left with the thick base of it, and the sparse branching. All the pistils are a light to dark pink. Calyxes are pretty sugar coated, considering she's only 5 weeks into flowering. The second has dark magenta/fuschia pistils. It seems to be a ruderalis though, as it started flowering way before everything else did. The calyxes are a dark purple, with what looks like stripes of big resin glands on it. One big fat main cola, and 4 smaller branches. Very big leaves on it, but they're sparse in the buds. My favourite is indica dominant. She's got dark magenta pistils, with kind of a hindu kushish look to the leaves. The buds are so covered in resin that I can't even see the majority of the leaves, or any of the calyxes at all. She's only about 5 weeks into flowering as well. If I had a digi cam, I'd take a shot and win the pic of the week..... but oh well. I'll try to borrow one before harvest time. K T
