My first bubble cloner was a quickie test run to see how this all works. It was a shoe box size plastic container with four handcut holes for cuttings...later expanded to 12 holes. It worked but to check on root growth I had to lift the lid, which had the aire tubes running through it, which moved the air stones. It worked fine but was a PITA to deal with.

I explained what I didn't like about it to my boyfriend and asked him to make me a new one. This is what he came up with and it is fabulous!

It a stanley storage box for small parts. It came with several removable compartments, which he removed. The lid was clear so he painted it black to block light, then white to prevent heat problems.. To check on my little babies all I have to do is lift the hinged lid.

Yeah, I love it. I'm just about to take out the first set of clones. There are 15...13 of which have 2 inch or more roots, one with 1/2 inch roots, and one without anything yet. The one without still looks healthy so I haven't given up on it yet.

My boyfriend is awesome...quite handy to have around. I tell him what I need and when I come home a day or two longer and there it is! But, then again, he better...he's the only one that . He takes care of building stuff and I handle the research and nutrients.

He's smoking our first harvest now...its white widow max...and he loves it, even though its not finished curing. Its been only two weeks since we cut it down. I also made some hash oil from the trimmings and popcorn buds. Its the first time he's tried hash and he's like a kid with a new candy bar.
