Not ready for transplant though if roots are not out of the cubes yet.

Keeping the cubes half way moist is a must, misting will discourage root growth, so no misting.

Remember that clones are ready to eat as soon as they root so when you moist the cube do so with light nute solution, don't let the leaves get yellow.
After transplant few misting's with Epsom Salts will keep it green.

Good luck and happy cloning.
ok thanks
On the third or forth day i had dome off for many hours and they all seem happy and doing good,, however the cubes did get a lil dry so i moistened them up and put the dome back on with a lil mist in it ,,,, should i just leave dome off and keep cubes semi-moist ?

also, im at one week and all is good, hopefully ill see those roots soon!!

I have been checking on you guys every time I got a chance, and I'm seeing fields of clones what happened to the # allowed?

Happy for you fellas, some of you became cloning masters before the school year finished.

Keep on cloning my friend,
and stay well.
Salutations,

The numbers hmm ... yes about them ... I have been giving away many clones and now my "Under Desk Grow or UDG" is lookin pretty bare.
Three Ladies in flower Cab will be harvested this coming Thursday (a Bubblegum and 2-AK47) after a 7 day flush cycle (with no color change) - while three more have moved in this past Thursday to start there 8+ week cycle.
The seedlings aren't (IMO) ready for a flower session at this time and now to those #'s
I recently (8-18) cut seventeen (17) clones (6-Blueberry, 6-Medicine Man, 2-AK47 & 3-kgb) and sadly every one of them died from those stupid little spider mites, apparently they love the high humidity within my LCChamber - go figure eh...
I actually have one remaining (MM) in my "Above Desk Grow or "ADG" with the f1 Tw seedlings under a pop bottle (with its bottom removed w/ cap slightly loosened) as a hothouse hopefully she'll live. So far so good.
I'm so depressed and pissed at the same time after losing this many in a little more than a week. All my mothers are still alive so i'll have to cut some more. This is really setting me back in the timeline schedule of 5 harvests for the 2009 growing season for me.
this one coming out on Thursday will be the 3rd so far
I'm soooooooooooooooo maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad

Have a Great day everyone

Lou is sometimes called away to do godlike things elsewhere. Patience.

Moisten lightly only if dry, big killer of clones is stemrot.

You are probably being a bit keen having the dome off that long, this early in the peice. Idea is to keep a stable environment till they root, so they do not dry out and need no extra water. lol

Start out by just giving them a breath of air the first days, bit longer each day. hope that helps, best wishes nigel

STOP KILLING THEM DON! you sadist you. lol nigel

Good morning ....

Manny, the idea is to keep the dome covered as nigel said only removing to allow the oxygen the plants produce escape and new air to enter. And only for 10 minutes a day..
When roots are seen you can start leaving the dome off a little more each day until they stand on there own all day without drooping.
RW cubes or J.plugs just keep moist NOT dripping wet. Give em time, patients little one

hahahahahahaha killin em hahahahahahahaha
(it wasn't my fualt, thats my story and i'm stickin to it)

Thankz nigel

Have a Great day
