Unfortuantely, i have been blessed with only one female, and would like advice on how to clone her. Is it ok to do it at the harvest, or would it be better to do it before it. Also what parts should i clone?

You should clone no more than 2 weeks into flowering ... if you wait longer it will be harder for them to root. You want green cuttings about 4"-6" long and make sure and try get at least one node to be below the soil level.

Try searching in this forum amd in the indoor forum for older links ... also check out my diary; there are cloning instructions there
