Is it possible to put clones on a 12/12 from the very beginning? I thought I heard somewhere that they will immediatly flower and grow into 10" tall plants and produce about 15-20 g. each when finished. If this is true, this would basically cut grow time in half? How many plants could be grown with 1 250 watt hps and 1 250 watt mh using this method? | ||

![]() | You can flower clones if they have a good root mass started, I've seen clones kicked to bud at 4"-5" and they finish off around 18" with around 1/2 ounce. Of course yield will depend on the strain and environment. This cuts your veg'n time down to none if your clones have roots when you get them, or very little, I'd let my clones go for a week after I get them just to make sure they are a good and healthy before the change. Not sure how many plants a 250 mh will do, I'm going to try for 10 in my 2x3 cabinet using the clone flowering method with a 400 HPS and 4" rockwool cubes.
