What's this aeroponic bubbler that several people have reffered to in their posts? I currently have 4 clones in rockwool under flourescent lights and it only looks like one of the clones will make it. Does anyone know where to get one of these?

I think they are refering to aquarium type airstones that can be found in any pet store. They come in many sizes and shapes. You'll need an air pump and hose too. What works even better in a cloning tray is a small aquarium pump attached to the side of the tray and fitted with the aeration hose. This will circulate highly aerated water around the tray and greatly accelerate rooting. Also, for successful cloning make your clones 2 1/2-3 1/2" long with 3 nodes (branching points). Remove the largest leaves and experiment with cutting about 1/3 to 1/2 of the length of the remaining leaves off. This decreases the surface area available for transpiration but leaves ;-) enough for photosynthysis. Put a humidity dome over the clones to bring humidity to about 70-80%. If you see condensation, humidity is too high. Leave a gap. Keep light intensity moderate and 18-24 hrs./day. Use a weak (1/4 strength nutrient solution and keep it at 70-75deg F with an aquarium heater if neccessary.

I think there are a couple of full write ups over in the aeroponics forum onthe system .... Hop on over there and check it out .. it is way easy and no need for domes, tents, etc ....

Mine cost $0 since I had everything at home already
I guess I have been using it for about 6 months now or but it is by far one of the easiest methods to get consistant results .... I think out of the 6 month period I only lost 1 or 2 clones and that was due to my own neglagence

Here is a good thread to start but check it out over there

Hey all! I am one of LB biggest supporters of the aerocloner. Here is the link I used to make mine: http://www.wilter.com/epicurus/.ppic...eroponics.html

Hope that helps you out! Works great, like the informercial...you set it and forget it (for awhile that is)!

The latest aero cloner convertee Yeah I was thinking of you when I read this post ... It is that easy
Yeah Epicuris and umm .. I think 10k turned me on to that and since I did have everything already I said what the heck and tried and was amazed at the results I was using 50/50 verm/perl before that and still do if the unit is full and I want to root more clones .... but other that that I use it exclusively.
