This one's for you MMV ... my CF reader is working again. Want clones? Like this, in 7-10 days (depending on the strain) ... ready for transplanting into almost any medium.

Stackable Shelf - $5 Rubbermaid - $4 Fish Pump and tubing - $5 Bubble Wand - $3 Black Garbage Bag & Tape - $1 Glass Cover - $4 CDs - Free/Junk 20W Cool White Flouro - $7 Zip Ties & Stem Wire - $1 I got all this stuff from Walmart for these prices. Although you might see two 20W floros in the pics, I only use one for cloning. Too much light is bad for the cuttings.

This is the one I used. It's metal coated with plastic. I thought about getting something completely inert (no metal = no rust) but figured I'd give this one a try. If I have problems with it rusting I have the option of replacing it with the same thing or using one of the plastic ones. They were there, too.

I could have used anything. But, it's important that the container not be one of those clear or opaque ones. A blue or green rubbermaid was my first choice.

![]() ![]() ![]() | Actually, I'm going to use two pumps. An old one (white) that I had and the new one (blue/green) from Walmart. The clear tubing came with the new pump.

Get the SMALL one. It will produce more, finer bubbles. The big long ones don't work that good. Air stones work great, too, but they are more expensive.

Tape not shown. But you will see pics of it later. I like the aluminum A/C tape. Not normal duct tape. Good electrical tape works good, too (the cheap stuff falls off after a while because it's always wet).

This is for controlling the humidity and temp inside the chamber. Plexiglass works, too. But, I like glass better and had a cheap piece already. Home Depot or Lowes will have a 2x2 piece for a few bucks, if you need one.

Got this one from Walmart. Remove the platic shield, we're gonna use that in a little while.
