So, I have 10-15 clones in 3 gallon containers that need light. But, my 18/6 room is currently housing 9 mother plants. Can I lower the light to beam on the babies while neglecting the Moms a bit?

Are all your moms the same genetics? Cause if so why not put a few in your flowering are (if you have room). That would free up some space. Otherwise you could try putting the moms on the outside and the little ones in the middle, that way you could lower your light and not have to worry about burning your moms as much. Would help to know a little more about your setup, light(size), room size etc.

How long before you can flower the clones?

Thought of turning back the 18-6 room to 12/12 and go double flower until you can harvest the flowering room?

Or do you want to grow out the clones some more before flowering?

Large Mothers will survive fine on minimal light for several weeks.
