no you cannot, if you are planning on defrosting them, and using them.
see, water expands when it is frozen, and since a MJ plant is mostly water, all that water will swell and burst the cells, killing the plant upon thawing.

You can, however, keep clones in a fridge in a freezer bag for up to a month and be able to pull them out, rehydrate them a tad bit by putting them in a glass of water and they are ready to go.

If you want long term storage of clones, just keep a mother - they store just great while they're still attatched to her

Lord only knows whats going on in my growroom at the moment, things are too hectic to do a proper grow journal, so for now I've given up. By December I should have 10 5 gal bubblers going, so I might start a new GJ then
