You've surely come to the right man. ![]() cranky a cloning guru! ![]() Here's something you might want to consider though.... if you ask and get answers to questions in a PM or chat, you'll be the only one who gains the knowledge. If you ask here in the thread, everybody walks away smarter. ![]() There are NO silly or stupid questions. Any search for knowledge is a positive thing. Thanks Cranky! After reading this thread I think I feel comfortable cloning now. One question though: Have you ever cloned from a lady that was already three weeks into flowering???

![]() | Cranky and Dough Boi, Just wanted to provide a little more info. The two clones I took on Jan 26 were from an unknown sativa that was in day 18 of 12/12. It didn't seem to phase them in any way. On Feb 12, I took two clones off a regreened California Orange plant that was in day 28 of 12/12 (4 weeks). They're still upright and looking strong. I've had to mist the domes only once (this morning) since then. I'm sure this one'll come out as good as the first one did using cranky's method. I'll probably have to let these veg longer than the others before I put them into flowering. The clones are kept under a 42W CFL while rooting. Happy cloning! Just coming back again to show the results of cranky's cloning method. This is my second successful attempt taking clones using cranky's fool proof method. I had never before taken a clone. On Feb 12, I took two clones off a regreened plant that was in day 28 of 12/12. Today the clones are 10 days old and doing fine. The photos are included. They show the roots and the plant tops. These took a little longer to root than the first clones I took off a plant that was in day 18 of 12/12, and put into 12/12 in 15 days after taking the cutting. You're too tough, cranky. I'm tempted to chunk my beans out.
