hypthetically, if you tooke clones and after 2-3 weeks they didnt root but were still green, standing up straight, etc, could you just cut them again an inch or so above their original cut and redip in clone gel and try again? is this possible? apologies in advance if this seems like a silly question but i have been wondering about this all day ![]()

But if they havent rooted the first time around, theres probably something else wrong, especially if its been three weeks and no sign of roots. 7 to 10 days is average, some strains take longer, and a few strains are an outright bitch to clone.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I've actually done this once with a clone that I purchased at a club -- it was badly cut. err. Excuse me, it wasnt even roooted! Buggers! Anyway I re-cut it again. And it did eventually sprout a root... It wound up dying though. lol but I coulda saved it if I'd payed more attention. So honestly i've no idea how long the clone sat there uncut, But It can be done. But your better off just being patient, they might have roots already you just cant see them. Temperature is the biggest factor in clones, keep them 72-80 degrees F -burner

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Not odd at all. Have you read the sticky on cloning at the top of this forum? It's an excellent resource, it deals with several different styles of cloning. Burner knows... Peace- OD ![]()
