i got the cannabutter in the fridge right now... still deciding what ima put it in when its done.... one tip.. make sure u squeeze good cause if u dont ull regret it later thinkin u coulda done better.... haha my ol gurl's sleepin and my stepdad was out here watchin he dont give a fuk...... smoke 1

Yes, you do get stoned off the fumes from the cooking process... If too much butter remains in the "mash" -- refill cooking pot with ater and reboil, the hot water forces more oil out of the plant matter. Strain through a METAL strainer (plastic will melt) keeping the liquid And use the back of a clean empty heavy glass or metal spoon to press the reboiled mash against the metal strainer to be sure to get every drop of liquid. Allow liquid to cool to room temp and then refrigerate overnight. The "scum" on top is more cannabutter. | What are "popcorn buds"? are they the balls that grow on males? or are they just smaller buds on a female plant? o and KP i really look forward to making your cannibutter with my grow coming in. i cant wait mmmmmm. | ||

 | Popcorn buds are the small buds on the lower branches. Colas are the big buds on the top (tip) of each branch.  I like to call the popcorn buds "bowl buds" 'cause they fit perfectly one per bowl

| This looks fun. I have a grow going on now but other ppl in the house keep breaking in to sneak peeks(literally breaking in the door to check shit out). Been flowering for a little over a week. Have 5 plants. Would my cannabutter be potent at all since they just started flowering?

Cabby you would be better off waiting.......people keep on peep'en you go'ing to have some seedy pot, but it will makke better cannabutter than what you will have if you do it now...........to do it now is a waste of time, effort and smoke/ butter......wait
